Moonlit Movie featuring Minions Rise of Gru

The City of Marion is pleased to announce the return of the Moonlit Movie series sponsored by Hills Bank at the Klopfenstein Amphitheater at Lowe Park. Three outdoor movie nights are planned, including:
Friday, June 7 featuring “Wonka”
Friday, July 19 featuring “Minions: Rise of Gru”
Friday, Aug. 2 featuring “Super Mario Bros”

Inflatables will be available each evening starting at 7 p.m. and face painting will be offered for a fee. The feature presentation will begin around 8 p.m.
Outside food and drink are permitted but select snack vendors will be onsite during each event. Guests should bring chairs or blankets for general lawn seating.
Parking is available in three hard-surface lots, as well as marked overflow areas in the grass. Marion’s parks are proud to be smoke-free, nicotine-free, and tobacco-free.
Moonlit Movies are sponsored by Hills Bank, hosted by the Marion Parks and Recreation Department, and supported by Marion’s Hotel/Motel Grant Program.
