LovingKindness meditation offers a daily practice to assist us in being compassionate to ourselves, others and all of creation. Fostering compassion and kindness instead of judgment, anxiety and fearful reaction, this short daily practice can assist us in creating a world environment that brings forth compassion and creative life-giving choices. This program, offered on Feb. 21 and again on March 8, at Prairiewoods (120 East Boyson Road in Hiawatha) includes presentation, practice and discussion. Facilitator Suzanne Rubenbauer, FSPA, is a spiritual director and caregiver. She has been on the Prairiewoods board since 2020. The cost of this program is $10.
