We’re infusing locally-sourced ingredients with a taste of Jamaica to create an exciting Caribbean-inspired evening of dinner and entertainment.

You haven’t experienced Cuisine in the Corn like this! Four Oaks will host Cuisine in the Corn: A Taste of Jamaica on August 17, 2019. That’s right! We’re infusing locally-sourced ingredients with a taste of Jamaica to create an exciting Caribbean-inspired evening of dinner and entertainment. This is the 9th year for this unique event, hosted in partnership with Bloomsbury Farm in Atkins, Iowa.

Join us to be fully immersed in a taste of Jamaica – enjoying live music, entertainment, and authentic food and drinks at the relaxing Bloomsbury Farm and cornfield. Guests may enter to win raffle baskets while you enjoy live steel drum music and entertainment. The evening includes a cocktail hour with Jamaican drinks, an elaborate Caribbean buffet-style dinner in the cornfield, topping off the night with dessert and bonfire back at the barn. Enjoy the carefully selected menu showcasing locally-sourced ingredients such as vegetables, honey and meat – much of it grown just down the road from Bloomsbury!
