What do you get with an Iowa native and Broadway singer Christopher Johnstone, joined by pianist, vocal coach, and executive speaker coach Tom Burke, who over the past 20 years has helped TED speakers, Google execs, authors, Hollywood actors, and Broadway singers become more powerful storytellers? An incredible night of song and storytelling.


Christopher Johnstone and Tom Burke in Concert is part of the annual Cameron Sullenberger Overture Series. Revival Theatre Company's Cameron Sullenberger Overture Series is a new annual event that raises funds for RTC programs and educational offerings. This new series was developed in memory of our co-founder and musical director Cameron Sullenberger who passed away in February 2023 during a rehearsal for our first show of 2023. 


Cameron was passionate about singers and musicians, and this series reflects those interests. The new annual event will bring together the area's best in the musical theatre and classic Broadway scores or intimate solo concerts - for a two night only event.
