The African American Museum of Iowa and W.I.N. ( Women In NAACP) invite guests to join us a meaningful celebration of Kwanzaa honoring African American heritage, culture, and unity. This event will include cultural performances and interactive activities for all ages. We will highlight all seven principles of Kwanzaa (Nguzo Saba), emphasizing values such as unity, self-determination, and collective responsibility. Our celebration will also feature delicious food, local artisans, and opportunities for learning and reflection on the significance of Kwanzaa.
