Bourbon and Blues began in 2010 to celebrate Cedar Ridge’s first release of bourbon in Iowa. The event features the brand’s locally produced spirits and local, regional, and national blues musicians highlighting a range of talented artists. Annually, nearly 8,000 people come to Swisher, Iowa to celebrate.

NEW FOR 2021

In addition to the free music all day at Cedar Ridge, this year Bourbon and Blues is expanding to include two, ticketed shows at DanceMor Ballroom in downtown Swisher. Dubbed, “Barn Jams After Dark” will feature Kris Lager Band on Friday, July 2, and Mike Zito & His Big Blues Band AND Kevin Burt on Saturday, July 3.
