May 6, 2019 – Schulte Hospitality Group recently announced the four-story, 95 suites, Homewood Suites by Hilton Cedar Rapids located at 1140 Park Place in Cedar Rapids has completed a renovation of all guest rooms, breakfast area and business center.

As part of the renovation, improvements were made to the entire hotel including a new outdoor kitchen area and a redesigned business center with open space seating. The breakfast area was refurbished with new seating providing a perfect space for relaxing or meeting friends. All suites received new carpet, wall coverings and new flooring in the kitchen and bathroom room areas. Furniture items were replaced in the living room and kitchen area.
