Whether by plane, bus, car, bike, scooter or foot, getting around Cedar Rapids has never been easier!

Eastern Iowa Airport

With a recent remodel, travelers arrive under a striking new canopy designed to welcome passengers to the state with the image of our rolling Iowa fields and farms. Inside the terminal, you’ll notice new natural lighting, natural finishes and other modern upgrades from baggage claim all the way to passenger seating.

Bike Lanes

As a bicycle-friendly community, Cedar Rapids encourages locals and visitors alike to bicycle for fun, fitness and transportation. The first city in Iowa to install protected bike lanes (separating cyclists from the vehicle travel lane) and green bike lanes (featured on 3rd Street SE, installed 50 feet in advance of and after intersections) to help highlight potential conflict areas.
