At Lu’s Deli, in the heart of New Bohemia, you can expect fresh salads, made-to-order sandwiches, hearty homemade soups and a variety of scratch-made baked goods all while taking in some Cedar Rapids history (ask about the White Elephant sign).

The owners, Laurie and Scott Konecny, have been serving up family recipes for over 20 years. Lu’s Deli – named for Laurie’s grandmother, celebrates the neighborhood, culture and people of Cedar Rapids with their tried and true local, family-owned deli.

Experience local favorites including the cran-turkey sandwich or their famous Lu’s Chicken Salad crafted from a special family recipe. Pair your main dish with a warm bowl of chili, a side of Lu’s pasta salad or one of their delectable scotcheroos for a meal with all the comforts of home cooking! For an extra treat, nab yourself a couple of Donutland donuts from the counter.
